At Back to Basics Pediatrics, we are committed to providing comprehensive evaluations to support the health and development of your child. To assist in assessing your child’s progress, we offer the NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment and ASQ Ages and Stages Questionnaires as part of our evaluation process.

NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment: This assessment is used to help screen for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. It is a valuable tool for parents and teachers to provide insights into a child’s behavior, attention, and activity levels, helping us to gather necessary information for an accurate diagnosis.

ASQ Ages and Stages Questionnaires: The ASQ is a developmental screening tool that helps monitor your child’s growth and developmental milestones from birth through age 6. It allows us to identify any potential areas of concern early, so we can offer appropriate guidance and support.
