Scheduling Your First Appointment

To book your child’s initial visit, please call our office at 224-333-0730. Our friendly staff will assist you in finding a convenient time and answer any preliminary questions you may have.

We offer a variety of appointment types to meet your child’s healthcare needs:

WELL CHILD VISITS: Regular check-ups to monitor growth and development, Vaccinations & more.
SICK CHILD VISITS: Prompt evaluation and treatment when your child is unwell.
SAME DAY SICK VISITS: For urgent concerns that require immediate attention.
SCHOOL & SPORTS PHYSICALS: Assessments required for school entry or sports participation.
AFTER HRS • WEEKEND VISITS: Extended availability to accommodate your schedule.
24 HR PEDIATRICIAN ACCESS: Reach our pediatrician anytime for urgent matters.
TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENTS: Virtual consultations for convenience and safety.

Preparing for Your Visit

To ensure a comprehensive evaluation, please bring the following items to your appointment:

• Completed patient forms
• Valid photo ID

Arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time will allow for a smooth check-in process.
